Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FungalFix, an affiliate-supported review and comparison site operated by FungalFix, users agree to these Terms of Use. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable, the site should not be used.
These Terms apply to all visitors, readers, and anyone who accesses content, links, or features made available on the site.
Use of Site (research and education only; not professional advice)
The site is provided for research and education only. Content may help readers compare products, understand common features, and review editorial summaries, but it is not professional advice of any kind. Any purchase, health-related, financial, or household decision remains the reader’s responsibility.
Information on the site may not account for every product variation, regional difference, ingredient change, or seller policy. Results vary, and individual experiences may differ based on product quality, use conditions, and personal circumstances.
No Warranty / Editorial Nature (reviews reflect editorial judgment based on public information, not laboratory testing)
Reviews and rankings reflect editorial judgment based on public information, brand materials, customer feedback, and other available sources. They do not represent laboratory testing, clinical validation, or a guarantee of performance.
Many customer reviews describe different outcomes for the products discussed, and those results vary based on usage, storage, seller practices, and individual needs. The site may highlight strengths and weaknesses, but it can miss issues that are not public or not disclosed by manufacturers.
Intellectual Property (content is owned by the site / entity; trademarks belong to their respective owners)
Unless otherwise noted, all site content, including text, formatting, graphics, and layout, is owned by FungalFix or used with permission. The site name, structure, and original editorial material may not be copied, republished, or redistributed without prior written consent.
Product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or ownership by FungalFix.
Affiliate Links (disclose that purchases through links may earn a commission; see Disclosure)
FungalFix is an affiliate-supported review and comparison site. Some links may be affiliate links, which means purchases made through those links may earn a commission for FungalFix at no extra cost to the reader. See the site’s Disclosure for more detail.
Affiliate relationships can influence how products are displayed or discussed, although editorial pages should still be read carefully. Readers should review product details, seller terms, and return policies before purchasing, because results vary and individual experiences may differ.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FungalFix is not liable for losses arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to access the site.
Readers are responsible for their own purchasing decisions, interpretations, and use of any information found here. Product performance, shipping outcomes, merchant conduct, and satisfaction can change, and results vary based on many factors outside the site’s control.
Changes to Terms
FungalFix may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted on the site unless a later effective date is stated.
Continued use of the site after changes are posted means the revised Terms are accepted. Readers should check this page periodically, since content, disclosures, and policies may change without separate notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, In, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
